Work Processes Optimization

In order to have a significant impact in this area, we started a large project through which we follow the conclusion of protocols with the courts with the object of establishing electronic channels as the only channels of communication between the law firm and the courts. In order to develop this project and make it sustainable, we invest time and resources in identifying and developing the best solutions and systems (software and hardware) for managing the volume of correspondence sent to and received from the courts.

Gănțoi, Furculita și Asociații is a member of the ASSOCIATION OF EUROPEAN ATTORNEYS (hereinafter "AEA") and the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COMMERCIAL COLLECTORS (hereinafter "IACC").

AEA originated in Europe, but in its 20 years of existence it has expanded worldwide, having the largest network of lawyers in the world in terms of the number of offices and the number of countries covered. The AEA has 1,027 member offices in 150 countries, with a total of approximately 12,000 lawyers.

The IACC is the largest and most respected association of trade collection professionals in the world, IACC has been setting and enforcing high standards of conduct since 1970. IACC members have extensive experience in collecting past due trade accounts for manufacturers, processors, wholesalers, distributors and companies from various industries.
